How to create PDF file easily.
Nowadays PDF file becomes standard in all forms of transactions as a document file just like word or excel file. PDF becomes a somewhat standard in presenting these documents as it has advantages compared to word or excel files. One of the advantages is pdf file cannot be modified and it comes as something like a photo or scanned file.
To create a pdf file easily, you would have to make use of openoffice software which is a free software. Then open the openoffice writer and start to create document. After the document is finished, go to File, then click “Export as PDF” then save the file…

hey, thnx for sharing the info, I hope this will boost readers of pdf and d advtg u mentioned is worth noting (pdf’s can’t b modified).
I just wanna point out that there are also s/w available for converting MS-Word files to pdf documents, and they are also of great use.

yes you are right. ms-word also has a built in function to convert word document to pdf.

Hmm… I use pdfactory to make pdf files. However, it’s a shareware and I’m thinking to migrate to openoffice soon. Thanks for the article.

Well my other comment was meant for this entry, but I read that one too, great stuff. My main objective is how to give them away, do I have to host a pdf in order to share it?

if you create a pdf file then you will have a license to share it as long as it is an original article. you can share it as a download.
